At Christ Church CE Academy, our Local Governing Body work closely with the Executive Head Teacher, Head of School and staff in providing a high quality education for our pupils. They are committed to supporting and challenging the school’s leadership team to ensure the best decisions are made for our pupils.
Working together we make collective decisions to raise the educational standards and performance of a school by supporting the work of the Academy.
All Governors have an area of the Academy Improvement Plan in which they support as well as a Key Area from the 5S model: Safeguarding, SEND, SIAMS, Stakeholders, Standards.
